Let me start by thanking you for participating in this survey. If you are a woman between 18 and 100 years old that is a member or frequent attendee of Mt. Moriah Christian Church, please provide your opinion on whether and how a Women’s Ministry would be beneficial to your personal growth. All information gathered will be used solely to answer questions regarding the Women’s Ministry.
